I could really use a hug, too.
I wish somehow I could take all my anxiety and liquefy it. Then somehow command this liquid-anxiety to leave me. It would drain down and out of me through my feet and my toes. Gee, that would be nice - and I would be like "BYE you annoying anxiety you! and STAY OUT."

@Wayward7Good7Intentions - Thank you so much dear! And you are so right - this platy here, I forget to breathe sometimes. So reminders to breathe are certainly not a bad thing! Also, somehow the imagery helps. I don't know why/how but when I find a really good metaphor for a certain feeling or how I feel around a certain person, it just helps somehow. I can't be 1000% sure that the other in my 1-1 conversation really understands it, but somehow a more common thing (experience, scent, etc) often through a metaphor can help me to explain what I'm feeling.

I hope you are feeling well today. Well, actually not just today I'd want you to feel well everyday. But, I know it isn't possible everyday because we're not candy corn haha we have many different feelings, emotions stirring inside of us.
I love scented candle, my favorite scent is Lilly of the Valley 
it smells so divine. Oh I gotta try candy corn scented candle haha

Dear @Wayward7Good7Intentions -Korsnotkors, Do I have a favorite scent? .... yes, a few of them.
One for sure is the smell of homemade (often Grandma-made) bread baking in the oven.
A second is the smell of lilacs. Oh how I love the scent of lilacs!
As far as candles, hmm not a total favorite one I guess. I really like my spruce/pine/fir tree scented one 
Yay, Christmas! I do like the scent of several candles (especially Yankee Candle Co.) - I guess I just don't have a favorite one yet.
Oh! And I love the smell of Fall. Though it is more than the scent. The feel of the cool breeze (and being thankful for the much cooler temperatures!). The sound of the leaves crunching under my feet. The sight of squirrels swiftly running by with food to be buried for the winter. For many people it might be the taste of pumpkin pie! But of course, for you and I it is the taste of corn candy! But the smell ... it is hard for me to describe. The smell of outdoors that says to me, yup fall is here.

I will very soon I finally got approval from my insurance company to receive the Rhizotomy branch nerve block for my spinal pain. I have a 10:30 am appointment later this morning to have the procedure done on my right side which is the more painful of the two sides. I will return July 12th to do the other side.
