I need a hug because it feels that I cant do anything right.
I cant keep in contact with online or IRL friends or family because I am pushing them away and am to tired.
I keep gaining weight. And keep eating shit and no exercise.
I am so little in the NOW and play video games instead.
I cant seem to be able to save money. I am buying shit.
I don't clean my apartment.
I am afraid I am to fat, old and unhealthy to bet children. i am 30 years old now.

Big hug my dear. I do have some issues you do. Right now my house needs to be cleaned and I just say I am going to do another day. Right now I am having bad feelings about myself, such as "I should do this" "I should do that"....but maybe what we need is a day with a quite mind, no shoulds, no nothing...just relaxing. Hope I have helped you :-) I see you like mountains and nature, maybe you can go to a park in your city, sit there and play with your cat. Let's be ok with ourselve
I feel like I have to make a decision within the next month that is going to completely change the course of my life from here on out. The problem is... I have no idea which decision is there right one. I need a hug.

It's very hard to not being able to trust people around you like your friends especially when you are a teenager. So even when I get a hug I try finding the motive of the person doing so to me. But I hope to grow from it :)
