People allow me to be who I am without judging me and accept me positively for who I am
I feel most peaceful when I'm with my mom.
When I have an amazing conversation with a friend or family member
I'm in the moment, not thinking about my issues or things I have to do.
Also, when I'm talking with a true friend.
I feel mosts peaceful when cool wind is in my face and I'm walking on the grass or it has been raining.
I listen to good music
The sun is setting. Night is coming. People are going home. There is no chance for the unexpected knock on the door from a nurse, or the phone call from a doctor's office or my son's therapist. I get to really let my shoulders down for the first time that day. I can stop my insides from tumbling and rattling, as they have through the entire day. I can stop jumping at every small sound, because its night now... its ok. I can even settle enough to watch a bit telly; during the day I do best to follow the news. It is repetitive. It doesn't matter what I miss. It will come back round again. I can breathe...with all the bats and lightening bugs, crickets, acadas, and dragon flys. I can finally stop being wholly wrapped in terror for one easy minute. I love the night.
@Hunnyluv1l that's really pretty. <3
I feel most peaceful when I am at the beach with the one I love.
I feel most peaceful when I am with my mother.
When I have good days that don't bring up memories and feelings of past abuse. When I can fully live as an adult woman in the present and not a scared little girl in the past.
