1.  How are you finding the current welcome process that we use at the moment?
I really enjoy this process. Less things to keep track of like forms. I also like that we're responsible for the names we gather.

2. Are there any challenges or concerns you've encountered while welcoming new members or in general?
Nothing beyond being hit on. But that is easy to let slide off my shoulders.

3. Do you have any ideas or suggestions for improving our approach within our team?
I think it's too early to tell.

It's much flexible and easier which I enjoy it the most. 

2. Are there any challenges or concerns you've encountered while welcoming new members or in general?

Not really! However, there are some minor glitches in the web browser but I tackled it, so not a big problem. Overall, it's a good experience.😊 Thanks for having me in a team!💗

It has been super fulfilling! 

2. Are there any challenges or concerns you've encountered while welcoming new members or in general?

I'm currently struggling with some personal issues in my life and took a self break from welcoming. I'll be back into it soon.

3. Do you have any ideas or suggestions for improving our approach within our team?

So far, I don't! I do think having regular check-ins is really helpful though.

I think it's a good way to welcome newbies, and I really like the process.

2. Are there any challenges or concerns you've encountered while welcoming new members or in general?
I think that sometimes its harder to keep track of how many people I've welcomed, and I get worried if I don't meet the monthly quota.

3. Do you have any ideas or suggestions for improving our approach within our team?
I don't think there's any problems right now. Maybe more of a follow up? Although maybe it could be done through 1 on 1 chats instead.
