So I think I have PTSD

From sexual assault. What do I do now? I don't have health insurance, so seeing a therapist is not really an option right now.

See if anyone around you offers a sliding scale or financial assistance for low income people. If I wasn't on public aid I would barely be able to afford my therapist even with the sliding scale, but she's the most important thing I spend my money on! Some things are just worth it! :)

I am currently working through this one and it seems really good: https://www.7cups.com/forum/TraumaticExperiencesCommunity_60/TraumaRecoveryResources_481/Lifeaftertraumaworkbook_52691/

It seems very spot on for me so far, I hope you'll find it useful too or find something else that works for you.

Is there any subsidized therpaists in your area that cost significantly less per session, try those. Also, I know there is usually free support groups for individuals that are surviviors of sexual assault, I would also look those up in your area :)
