Hi I am starryCandy6123

I am 68 years old, i live in Scotland with my partner, and our 3 cats. I suffer from bi polar, panic attacks, depression, and various other afflictions.

I joined 7 cups after i retired, after i was verified as a listener, I began looking at other services that we offer, I followed the Leadership, development programme.  I am glad to say i graduate in January 1st2024.

I have joined the trauma group as a forum supporter.  I would be pleased to talk, or help anyone , who needs it
