1. How are you doing? I am tired and everything seems to get to me.
2. What has been going well for you, and what has been challenging? I lose weight, but I have a huge journey on my health issues to go. I am going to six specialists. I have two types of arthritis, carpal tunnel and a few other things. My boyfriend's ex has him blaming himself for her calling out dark things for attention. She needs help but will not get it. I just want her better.
3. What is a movie that you will never get tired of watching? Interview with a Vampire, Dirty Dancing, The Shack, and The Notebook

1. How are you doing? -have been doing really rough with lots of alters out,..more than normal over some very distressig things that happened. Lots has been very difficult to control concerning abuse/trauma things. It all has been very rough for quite some time now.
2. What has been going well for you, and what has been challenging? going well--have a great therapist that will do her best to fit in extra sessions when necessary; working in workbook for CPTSD again. Challenging--above and so very much more.
3. What is a movie that you will never get tired of watching? Fried Green Tomatoes

1. How are you doing? I've been better....but I have also been worse. My anxiety is turned up a bit, but I'm functioning as normal as I possibly can. 2. What has been going well for you, and what has been challenging? Taking time to acknowledge my feelings and talking to my therapist instead of staying inside my head Challenging Trying to share my feelings with my significant other without feeling that I am too emotional or not emotional enough It's been a slippery slope of feelings. 3. 1. Meh, I got my real id taken care of, grateful for that.
2. I've been having trouble keeping better habits. This week work and learning Spanish has come easily to me though.
3. As a kid, I could never get enough of 3 Ninjas. As an adult... I mean, there's lots of good movies, but I wouldn't want to over-watch them.

1. How are you doing?

I feel so bad and awful. I am doing my final exams this month and the last exam is at next Saturday. One of my professors shared the grades of our orals, and I found that my grades and my colleague's grades are less than someone who had never done any presentation, he was just asking stupid questions, but I and my colleague have done a presentation because our research was good. I feel so disappointed and depressed that I can't prepare for my last exam.

2. What has been going well for you, and what has been challenging?

I can't remember anything good happened this month. My challenge is to do my exams without losing my mind because these days it's easy to lose my mind and yell or cry from anything.

3. What is a movie that you will never get tired of watching?

Wedding date.

i've been getting by, the cartoon today is a really nice reminder since i've been chipping away slowly at my trauma narrative and being aware of when i need to try again tomorrow but also still striving to do other things that aren't as hard!! it's been a good process! something that's been going well for me is using the coping mechanisms i've learned and being able to stay calm more easily and more frequently. something that's been challenging though is keeping up with friendships and remembering that i'm safe and it's not going to be the same as people in the past, but i am trying and learning a lot still :) a movie i'll never get tired of watching is the animated movie akira from 1988!! i could watch it a million times and still be in awe over the beautiful artwork

- I got very good grades on my final report card
- I won an award @ my school's graduation
- I feel lonely

- Harry Potter (all of the movies)
