What went well this month? I managed to cope with a 3 week heat wave, not as bad as some areas of the US but still uncomfortable.
What are you grateful for to yourself, to others, the universe or what you believe in? I am grateful for the basic goodness which some people show for no reason at all just to be themselves.

What went well this month?
I'm so glad July is ending, not so glad with how I handled it ^^ but it's the low points that teach us new ways to climb back up again. So it was a learning experience and it leaves me a lot more hopeful for August :)

Grateful for the people in my life <3 and my heart as well, it does hold on really well :D

July 24 is one of the worst single months in my life. The month started with a series of muscle spasms that lasted a week and were some of the most diabolical physical pains i have endured.
Once that was over I had to endure withdrawals from one of my medicines because my insurance didn't approve it. I lost 20 pounds because i could not eat. I have not had a good nights sleep in over a month. I was so feeble form it we had to hire people to do the yard work.
To add insult to injury this is the month of my birthday. I was too sick to do the things we planned to celebrate it.

@amiablePeace77 I'm thankful I made it through the july, it's always the hardest month for me. But this year I've managed to not let my depression completely spiral out of control. I'm thankful for all the support my friends have given me this month. Sometimes the only thing anyone can do for you, is let you know your heard and cared about,so thanks everyone ❤🙂 also thankful for the warm mornings spent outside, for all the things I've learnt about, and thankful, cause this month was the first time I tried pepsi, and it was really nice😁

it is i saw some of them over summer break but school starts this coming Monday so I get to see all them as soon as I figure out where the classes were be located too i stay moved all of one type of special ed into one building but seem to keep some of them in a different building so now I'm very confused

What went well this month?
This month I was mostly happy. And I know what I want out of life to keep me as happy as I am if not more happy.
What are you grateful for to yourself, to others, the universe or what you believe in?
Grateful for to
myself: for being and accepting who I am, never changing or pretending to be someone I’m not for the happiness of anyone else, never giving up no matter what, always learning and improving myself.
to others: for being there for me (you all know who you are) and for those who created/are running this 7 Cups place for all of us who need it or want to be here :)
universe: for creating me and everyone in my life who I love (again you all know who you are)
what I believe in: I’m grateful for everything I believe in because it’s helping as well as allowing me to be everything I am.
What went well this month:
A family member visit I was anxious about (parts of it didn’t go well, but the point is I survived). I got through another event that upset me. My kids and I got over a nasty sickness (mine is lingering, but the worst is over). I found some things at local thrift stores that I was really needing to organize my small space better.
What I’m grateful for:
Always my kids. But also this month, the realization that things settle down a little, no matter how hopeless I get.
I had a bad break up with a close friend , but then a friend I hadn’t been in touch with for 10 years suddenly got in touch and has been Absolutley lovely .
