i'm not entirely sure about anyone else, but music is my therapy. especially deftones. deftones takes me to a place where i can be at peace with not only myself, but everyone else. they also tend to help me block out my problems when i need to. so thank you.. i'll always be a huge fan of deftones. comment what your fav band or artist is :)

Nice that you found music that helps you to step away from all the problems. Sometimes we just need that kind of break to recover.

Well, there are a few Indian artists I listen to the most.
Some of them include Shreya Ghoshal, Sunidhi Chauhan, Lata Mangeshkar, Shan and Sonu Nigam. :)
However, I love music in every language and every genre. Open to all suggestions!
You can listen to these artists too. Music has indeed a huge impact on mood and exploring it in different languages is even more fun! 🐾

Music just doesn’t work for me, it can help me concentrate and stuff, but my therapy is true crime podcasts. They help me focus on a story.
