Absolutely. Something I tell myself lately that helps motivate me to care for myself is "What I do today, determines tomorrow"
It all holds weight.

What are you doing to take care of your mental, physical, emotional and spiritual needs?
I have a daily routine which consists of volunteering here, brain games, especially memory tasks, exercise, supportive affirmations/gratitude and positive self-talk, meditation and listening to Buddhist teachings. I will also thank the universe every time something good happens, to me this is very important. It gives me the feeling that I get help from a higher power.
