Day 5: 3 Things I Like About Myself - A share of self-discovery!
Hi everyone,
7 Cups has an exciting online therapy update to share this month. To celebrate, we’re doing 25 days of Gratitude, Self-Care, and Personal Growth and please keep checking each day for updates! On Day 2, I want us to take a walk on a journey of self-appreciation with me. Today, I want us to focus on three things we like about ourselves. I'll kick things off!
Three things I appreciate about myself are:
1. I am a learner. I have an innate curiosity that propels me to explore new ideas, cultures, and perspectives. I believe that every person, every situation, every consequence or opportunity has a lesson for us and if we can identify and learn from it, it shapes us. Being a learner enabled me to adapt to new environments, acquire new skills, and embrace change. Learning is not just a means to an end for me; it's a lifelong journey that I enjoy.
2. My ability to connect with nature. Observing the environment around me finding joy and reflecting on the significance of every element is a joy to me. I feel comforted, bonded, and connected with nature.
3. I appreciate my ability to listen to others. I believe that compassion and understanding are the building blocks of meaningful human connections. When I put myself in someone else's shoes and listen to them, it allows me to foster deeper connections and support them better.

@ASilentObserver 1. I like the fact that I never give up on myself - I often feel down and depressed, sometimes even hopeless but I pick myself up every time. I have a part of me that has a lot of love for myself and doesn't want me to suffer but to be happy so I try my best to make things better for myself. I try to use crises as opportunities to better understand.
three things i like about myself.
i give people positivity when they are around me. i’m actually really good at art! i keep telling myself i’m not because i compare myself too much but i actually am pretty good. and i like that i am very athletic or like do a lot of exercise!

I really like how passionate I am about theatre and dance
I really like my sense of fashion style and taste
I reall like my personality around others.
@ASilentObserver here are a few things I like about myself-
1. My patience. It's not much but amazes me sometimes.
2. I'm a bookworm. I can escape reality with a book.
3. I can write stuffs. They're not that good but I've been writing on Wattpad after getting praised my friends.
4. I like the fact that I don't hate myself.
5. I'm friends with people easily.
I mean of course I have bad sides. But proud to have good qualities.
