What kinds of creative things do you do - post a picture here in this thread. If have trouble loading pic, save to your device & load file from device
this is a watercolor I did when I was thinking this world needs a little peace. what looks like the moon or the sun is actually the flash reflecting off the glass in the frame. But I think it is a nice effect. soulsings
Tutorial to post pictures (works on browser login not on app login)
- Save picture file with Alpha letters only - no symbols like % $ # etc
- Save picture as JPG file. If pic is other format you can open it in a photo editing program and save it as JPG or jpeg that ends in .jpg
- The picture adding tool is in the tool bar above the post you are doing in a rectangle with trees in it. It is located to the left of the link icon just right of middle of the page. Click on that.
- You get two options upload from your device by clicking on Choose Files or give web address. I find the most reliable way is to upload from my device clicking on Choose Files
- Many websites that host pictures do not work maybe because they do not store them as JPG files.
- It is always interesting to know a little bit about the pic so type in some text.
- Remember to click on Update Post when finished.
Someone asked me to see if the app worked with posting a pic. My first attempt did not work with the app did not post pic nor did the 2nd attempt. I logged out of the 7 cups app and I logged in to 7cups on phone in a browser on phone (or computer) and it works fine. Sorry for you app only users.
If anyone else can post a pic with the app, please let me know what your method is by message at is. www.7cups.com/@soulsings
@soulsings I draw, virtually and on paper, I write, I sing, I play piano, I do too much when I’m feeling up.
I had this building idea bouncing around in my head.
So I drew it up yesterday.
@Positron2
that is very cool
@Positron2
Interesting! I love artistic architecture like yours, which goes further than those towering skyscrapers. Thanks for sharing, Posi.

These are pictures of my She Shed
@scarletPear1945
I put in the insulation and did the sheetrocking. This is my go-to when I need self-care, which has been quite a lot here lately.
@scarletPear1945
Wow, you have amazing DIY skills! You go girl!
@GoldenNest2727
Thanks, but I owe my skills to you Tube. Learn to do anything on there.😁
@GoldenNest2727
Thank you, a girl got to do what a girl has to do when you got no help🤣
@scarletPear1945Your She Shed looks so warm and inviting.
And unlike a Man Cave I see no TV, PC, Video Games or Electonics.
@raspberryWater7001
I love what you've done there. It has the perfect amount of spillage and color.
@raspberryWater7001
Beautiful😁
Beautiful painting! So many talented people here. I crochet and I like blankets best. Here is one I made for my cousin's son for his wedding.
@NYSquirrel That is wonderful! I love the pattern ❤️
@NYSquirrel
It's beautiful! I love homemade gifts that come from the heart. I bet they'll treasure it.
This is a puzzle I’m working on right now. I also have a build-your-own-ukulele kit waiting for me to do. I sometimes do simple nail art with hearts or lines. I also use the apps Design Home and Pocket Styler. When I have my supplies - I weave necklaces, bag straps, bracelets or keychains with beads, stones or whatever. I like to sometimes go on walks and take photos. I listen to health, wealth and happiness podcasts or audiobooks and incorporate what I learn into my life. I write every day and have plants I’m caring for, and am practicing kindness to all others and myself every day. I watched Eat, Pray, Love yesterday and cried my eyes out for everything I never said or did in my life which felt healing somehow...in fact I might do this again today. Louise Hay says that many people think we need to be an artist to be creative - yet there are endless ways we could be creative, from making our beds to self care to how kindly we treat others. I like that!
@Dalladi
I love the puzzle. Let us know how the ukulele comes along. A kit sounds like fun.
