Hello everyone! I know I'm a teen but I have been struggling ever since I posted the last one I got some support and I have been doing better, but I hit it again after 2 years and I'm not happy with myself. It also doesn't help when your boyfriend does it and your friend I can't really escape from it.

Feeling unable to escape from your boyfriend and friend's behavior must make it even harder. What are some of the thoughts going through your mind right now?
