The summer break has officially come to an end, and we're back for another exciting school year! 🎒 Whether you're starting fresh in a new grade or continuing your journey, I know this time of year can be a mix of excitement, nerves, and maybe a little bit of stress. You’re not alone! 😊

📝 Setting new goals: What are you looking forward to? Maybe you want to crush those grades, join a new club, or just try to be more organised this year. 

👯‍♀️ Meeting new people: Whether you’ve been with the same classmates for years or you’re meeting new ones, it's a great time to strengthen friendships or make new ones. Don’t be afraid to introduce yourself or be the person who reaches out to someone who might be feeling a bit lost.

🧠 Managing stress: A new year can also bring some pressure - homework, projects, and all that school-life balance. But together, we can share tips on how to manage it all without feeling overwhelmed. What helps you stay calm and focused when things get busy?

@izzyy528 Hi there! It’s great to see such a positive and encouraging post as we kick off the new school year! 


For me, managing stress is key, especially while balancing my volunteer and professional activities from home alongside health challenges. I find that establishing a daily routine helps a lot. I prioritise self-care by scheduling time for mindfulness or light exercise, which can really help keep anxiety at bay.
