Cupsmas Community Team Event: Reflect with Us!
Thanks to everyone who attended our Admin/Amb Team Cupmas celebration event! It's always an honor to spend time with you all.
During the event, we answered two reflection questions that I'd like to ask all of you now:

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for being a part of the 7 Cups family, and here's to another year of togetherness, hope and growth!
💙 What role has 7 Cups played in your well-being this year?
Cups is like a refuge of well-being to me. Coming here helps my well-being in many ways: the joy of doing meaningful voluntary work, the heartwarming experience of helping others, the support and encouragement I receive from other caring members of this Community. I feel so lucky and grateful, because my well-being couldn’t be what it is without 7 Cups.
💙 What's one wish you have for 7 Cups in the new year?
I have many wishes, but if I have to choose one, I wish that a huge lot of people join Cups next year, enriching our Community and taking full advantage of all the opportunities Cups offers for getting support and supporting others, by participating actively in the places they feel best suited for them: the Forums, the Rooms, the Teams, the Academy, the one-on-one Chats. That a huge lot of new people become active participants in our Community, getting and giving support in all possible ways.
1 thing I wish for is everyone has a good peacful Christmas and new year. And if I had an extra 1 I'd wish all the silverbacks a jungle Christmas too.Â

What role has 7 Cups played in your well-being this year? Looking back over the 9 years I have been in 7 Cups, this site has helped me go through relationship issues, being more compassionate, coping with parents dying, watching friends leave and making new friends, seeing changes, seeing things stay the same, experience what getting older can be, experiencing a new outlook of being rather than just getting, seeing endings and seeing new beginnings.Â
What's one wish you have for 7 Cups in the new year? I hope that 7 Cups settles in after all the changes and upgrades to maintain the good we have, to welcome people into our safe and supportive community that is an alternative to the wild west of unmoderated social media, to keep making kindness and compassion the norm here at 7 Cups, and to really care about others because the most lasting form of happiness and contentment I have found is in benefiting others, as so many fine listeners do here at 7 Cups.

What role has 7 Cups played in your well-being this year?
🎄It has expanded my understanding of people I find hard to communicate with. I guess it's been a big part of my growth in patience. It's helped me accept working out of my comfort zone and learn problem-solving skills and helped me discover my leadership style, how to use the style for my projects, and how to manage my time responsibly.🎄
What's one wish you have for 7 Cups in the new year?
🎄I wish for 7 Cups to continue fostering meaningful connections and support systems while expanding its reach to help even more people and continue to find tools that work to help others. I also hope that Cups will prioritize enhancing the well-being of its listeners and members by introducing resources like wellness workshops and improved training programs for listeners. And continued focus on inclusivity and accessibility, ensuring that people from all walks of life feel welcomed and supported in their mental health journeys.🎄

💙 What role has 7 Cups played in your well-being this year?
Cups has had a big impact on my growth as a person as well as a listener and a leader,
I have learned so much every time I log in, not only from fellow listeners but membersÂ
as well. It has helped me set stronger boundaries towards myself and others, as well
as given me opportunities to do my favorite thing; learn new things!
I've become a pretty good Google Sheet star this year and I am very thankful for having
been given the challenge and the trust in improving dashboards where I can.Â
I have also learned to pay better attention to my wellbeing as well as show myself
more compassion and kindness. It's something that we all deserve, me included.Â
💙 What's one wish you have for 7 Cups in the new year?
I wish that all that come here for support get the support that they need,Â
I wish that this community will continue growing in the magical way that itÂ
already does on daily basis. I have high hopes for us to become more and better
at what we do, and I believe that Cups, us, the community, are all magic✨

In 7 cups I met people who are encouraging and compassionate who help me to not be too hard on myself
💙 What's one wish you have for 7 Cups in the new year?
I wish 7 cups continue to be the mental health support for all throughout the globe.
Also, if possible, it would be great to have a couple more special events to meet with admins and ambassadors, maybe for new years celebration soon (｡╹▿╹｡)
So, not only on Cups birthday and Cupsmas, but new years too 🥳
