3 Key Things!

Please post here 3 key things you have done to help move 7 Cups forward. I will be doing this on a daily basis. Feel free to do it daily, weekly, or monthly. Right now we've got thousands of people doing a lot of work on the site, but we don't have a clear way of being able to support one another. The goal of this thread is to help all of us see all the good work that is going on. Please ask any questions or share thoughts!

now feeling very highly anxious about this profile. gotta be cautious... before i hurt myself or others by accident.

just in case.... if I accidentally say or reply something wrongly?

drastic things may suddenly turn bad... which in turn might hurt either party either emotionally, mentally, physically or worse both.

So I have created a list of daily must-dos, to make sure that I am doing self-care!
Here are some:
- Movement (I did yoga today!)
- Reading (I have been reading a book called "Frequency")
- Meditate

I cleaned my house

i took care of my very very sick 11 month old

Argued with my boyfriend

*no panic attacks all day, just until I was able to relax is when one started and I don't understand why*

1) Showered and put on makeup (first time in 3 days, not managing well during isolation!)

2) Walked around my neighborhood and hit my step goal.

3) Watched "Olympus Has Fallen" and wondered why Gerard Butler hasn't been in any recent action movies.

Sounds like a productive day! The best way to get through isolating is to keep yourself busy with things you enjoy! and if wondering why Butler hasnt been in any movies for while, then i would say thats a good way to spend it! Keep up the good work!
