3 Key Things!

GlenM November 18th, 2019

Please post here 3 key things you have done to help move 7 Cups forward. I will be doing this on a daily basis. Feel free to do it daily, weekly, or monthly. Right now we've got thousands of people doing a lot of work on the site, but we don't have a clear way of being able to support one another. The goal of this thread is to help all of us see all the good work that is going on. Please ask any questions or share thoughts!

1.Prepped all my paperwork for this half term.

2. Made some arrangments for weekend and next week - being social

3. Got thrown something unexpected at work, but managed to shake it off and not dwell on something I couldn't control.

I love the arrangements for socialization. It can be hard to manage last-minute work expectations but it seems you did well!

I went into some of my favorite Community forums and clicked on Sort By and the drop down menu "Needs Reply" and answer some people whose threads have not been replied to. This is a great way to build a community.

I am doing 2 discussions one at 2PM on Patience in the 50+ room (completed) and in the mindfulness room on being more mindful at 5PM EST in 100 minutes from this posting.

I am doing exercise classes in the morning to keep my energy levels up and my moods on Stable. That and the healthy diet really helps.
