3 Key Things!
Please post here 3 key things you have done to help move 7 Cups forward. I will be doing this on a daily basis. Feel free to do it daily, weekly, or monthly. Right now we've got thousands of people doing a lot of work on the site, but we don't have a clear way of being able to support one another. The goal of this thread is to help all of us see all the good work that is going on. Please ask any questions or share thoughts!

Wonderful share! sounds like it was a nice day on your end
- Did freelance work for my cousin
- Took a much-needed nap
- Swept the floor
@ayianna
cleaning and napping! Great ways to feel refreshed and focused
1.) Did laundry
2.) Walked to church and got there waaay too early. So I walked to Starbucks and got a medicine ball and breakfast sandwich before church started.
3.) Went to breakfast with the morning church gang and picked up a housing FAQ and application for a friend.
4.) Started pulling dishes from the office, washed and did 4 dishwasher loads
Yesterday: slept all day
@berryfields2409
wow that was one productive day! You did great.
@Hope
Thanks it really was.. I included the day before in case anyone has been intimidated by the longer lists last week. I just had so much to square away before March and if I didnt get on it I'd be in a world of hurt when March comes.
- spent some cuddle time with my cat
- communicated with my boyfriend after a frustrating day
- worked on the households to do list for tomorrow and what I can realistically do myself for the next few days while I'm in recovery from surgery without being upset with out being able to help more
@Dannit91 Hope your surgery went well and that your cat is keeping you very good company
3 things I did today:
1) Went to the library only to find it was closed. Left and then made a doctor and dentist appointment for my kids in Korean since I live in South Korea. I did it all by myself which may be no big deal to you but it was a very freaking big deal to me since I am NOT a Korean.
2) I went to the gym and stood up for myself--again in Korean--when some grandma told me not to shake my pants because it would make dust hit the floor. I told her to mind her own business LOUDLY and that she was rude. Again all in Korean. I also told her not to speak to me like that and if she did not like dust than she should not live in South Korea since the air is full of it! Again, also in Korean. I am the only white woman who works out at my gym in my hood so I stood up for myself by myself and I am proud of that fact.
3) I fed my kids dinner and I did my FBAR online.
JESUS IS KING!
@pioneeringPear33 congrats on your fluency!
I drove my mother over an hour away to visit her sister then I came back after the visit and went grocery shopping. I felt very accomplished
@selfconfidentHouse9601 Great job with this!
1. I wrote a letter, or a draft at least, for her. Let her know that we aren't ok. That what she did was wrong and she can't expect me to be okay with it. I think I'll type it up and send it to her.
2. I bought short shorts and wore them in public. I was nervous but I think I looked pretty good. There were some mean looks and comments, but no direct confrontation. So good.
3. I prepared my child's food for the week. Was feeling like an awful father so I bought him some market salads and put them in little bowls for him. (He is a lizard)
@Quinzel Good job communicating, and taking care of your lizard!
