3 Key Things!
Please post here 3 key things you have done to help move 7 Cups forward. I will be doing this on a daily basis. Feel free to do it daily, weekly, or monthly. Right now we've got thousands of people doing a lot of work on the site, but we don't have a clear way of being able to support one another. The goal of this thread is to help all of us see all the good work that is going on. Please ask any questions or share thoughts!

1- started to unpack my suitcases finally after a long time of being away

Hope everyone is having a good day.
Today was my cleansing sort of day. I cleaned my apartment, lit some nicely lit vegan candles to make it feel fresh.
Most importantly had a good shower, meditated and had a long sleep!
Feels rejuvenated.
Today I worked on my grudge holding, finger pointing and accountability. I just got through step 4 in my life recovery workbook last week and it's really opened my eyes to my negative behaviors.
1. Finally forced me to clean my apartment from A to Z.
2. Started training about overcoming life challenges.
3. Possibly found new, better and most likely more quiet apartment!
