3 Key Things!
Please post here 3 key things you have done to help move 7 Cups forward. I will be doing this on a daily basis. Feel free to do it daily, weekly, or monthly. Right now we've got thousands of people doing a lot of work on the site, but we don't have a clear way of being able to support one another. The goal of this thread is to help all of us see all the good work that is going on. Please ask any questions or share thoughts!
Happy Friday all!

Hello. My latest 3+ things to support our Community since last posting. This is like a journal entry for me
- Helped new Member with1.5 hr chat, major guilt problem.
- Helped new Member with 1 hr chat, major life problem.
- Helped new Member via multiple private messages, major student life problem.
- Reached the "Supporter" level after the above chats. Yay
- Sharing with the Community here 3 useful Self-Care Monitoring Tools I created or adapted (easy to use):
1) Self-Care Process Control Chart
It's a rolling 2 week chart that is color coded so it creates great visibility when I'm going out of control in key things I need to do to ensure good self-care. Sharing as requested.

2) Personal Daily Time Slot Spread Sheet
It's color coded and I use to stay mindful of what I'm doing throughout the day. I set my intention/goal and then list the result. That way I see feedback. I color code it to match the Covey/Eisenhower Time Management Matrix quadrants so I can see if I'm doing things I should be doing or things I should be avoiding. Sharing as requested.

3) Covey/Eisenhower Time Management Matrix (my version)
It's the 4 quadrant spreadsheet that I use to complement chart 2 above. I put the things I did all day into the quadrants to see if I'm using my time well or if I'm wasting my time or mismanaging it.
Click picture to see full sized version.
If you want to use them, you can simply create them in a spread sheet tool and adapt them to your personal needs.
I find that tools like these act like a good Dashboard to see if I'm taking good Self-Care of myself.
They also show me if i'm using my time wisely so they keep me out of trouble and they help me build good habits and routines because I can easily see the Green progress. The Yellow and Red make me anxious so I take action as needed.
@7motivation

@7motivation thank you so much for sharing your tools, I'm using the self care process chart, I'm building my own today and will try it or the next two weeks, I like that it is 2 weeks, it's like half of a moon phase and that's really nice to look at patterns
