3 Key Things!
Please post here 3 key things you have done to help move 7 Cups forward. I will be doing this on a daily basis. Feel free to do it daily, weekly, or monthly. Right now we've got thousands of people doing a lot of work on the site, but we don't have a clear way of being able to support one another. The goal of this thread is to help all of us see all the good work that is going on. Please ask any questions or share thoughts!
1) Went to two important meetings and voiced my opinions.
2) Went to yoga class.
3) Articulated some feelings I've been struggling with to a good friend and slowly started to feel less vulnerable about it.

It is super important to focus on improvement as a listener. I am glad you are taking the time to learn and grow, you are on the right track!
1. Start a big project that triggers anxiety. Starting is the hardest part.
2. Bf and i managed a very healthy discussion on points that we were unhappy about in our relationship.
3. As a flexible worker that replaces people when they are on vacation. I get more and more locations to run and i am not panicing anymore!!

1. Organisation for the weekend (it helps my working week to have something to look forward to. It can be quite stressful).
2. Preparing and printing resources for work.
3. Meditation practice. I did 20m this morning and really found some calm. I am going to need to make the time for this more in my days.

Self care needs to be more of a priority. It has impacted so far on my day, I feel much more able to 'deal'.
