Testers Needed: Try the Transformation Wheel (and earn a badge)!

User Profile: Heather225

Last week I introduced a brand new intervention called the Transformation Wheel. If you’ve been following along, you know it’s a powerful tool I’ve been using to tackle personal challenges and break free from negative cycles and it’s been transformative. I was feeling an 8/10 on the distress scale and after 4 weeks of exploration and investment, the issue has dropped to a manageable 2/10.

But I am just one of a handful of accounts so far. To measure just how effective this tool is, I need more perspectives!

With that, I’d like to invite you to take the wheel.

As a tester, you’ll play a key role in helping strengthen this intervention by giving us feedback on how effective the process was for you and any ideas for improving it.

And as a thank-you, you’ll be rewarded with the Wellness Warrior badge.

Fill in this form to sign up HERE, and I will reach out to check in with you and give you the feedback form.

(At this point in early testing, both members and listeners are welcome to take part.)

Thank you for helping us build a brand-new therapeutic tool to help people!

@Heather225 I wasn't going to try this, but I figured what do I have to lose. It's worth a try and I'm receptive at trying something new to help me cope. I'm about to start prepping and going to go draw my transformation wheel now since my printer is out of ink. 🤣

@batgirl1234

wonderful! think on what your main issue may be you're wanting to tackle in your life right now, framing it as something you'd like to decrease over 4 weeks. i'll be in touch to help you set up your wheel <3

@Heather225 Thanks for the tip on that. There's at least one or two I'd like to try that isn't too big, because there is one other one that is really big, but it's really difficult, so I cannot do that one, and i wouldn't be able to check in on that one.

Thank you for your reply!

@Heather225 Well, one of the issues sorted itself out. My parents have not changed, and I think it's nothing I can really do, but I didn't help myself as much as I could, although people have argued what I did likely kept myself safe. The other issue, I'm not sure about, and it hurts, so it's like, who knows anymore.

@Heather225 I signed up, I couldn't resist the opportunity to help myself thrive and also hopefully help others thrive with this in the process. As a quality mentor would it be okay if I use this as a resource page for listeners who are stuck with a personal goal that they wish to achieve as something optional?

@Heather225

we already used it and was very good tool  found that by letting each active alter in our system  give their inputs  too. was very useful as found out the numbers were at times different  from one alter from another too. also helped us find out that some of us know labeling  feeling better then others. so even with us working a a team. we found that we need to allow each other to teach others in system  more offen on like feelings and how to tell what they be. was odd the i was the worst with knowing  what i was feeling and how to put it into words. found almost all the time when we talk about emotions i seem to step back. so have seen here on 7 cups i trying harder then i have before to talk about emotions and label them also to allow myself to feel them seem mostly  others in system  have did this throughout our life i am birth one and active one now mostly with others watching putting in input as we try to work as a team truth is this kinda helped a lot  in showing me this all

@stormieandpaws

this is fantastic insight from the perspective of a system i've not received yet! i'm delighted to hear how it served as a means of reflection for everyone. also very proud of you for working on approaching emotions to identify and allow yourself to feel them! that's huge!

now that you've completed it, i am curious about long-term impact: do you see yourself trying the wheel again if the need arises?

also if you wouldn't mind filling out the form for me to remember to award your badge, i'd appreciate that: here it is.

(you can skip the ratings if they're different across your system!)

@Heather225

we do see us using the wheel more and did fill in the form. the scoring we did was based on overall within system what we agreed  as a whole on. this we thought would give you a idea of how it charged  as we did the wheel for whole system. we found it very helpful, also away that we found who in system  know more about emotions then others do. this information we will be using more to help. as we found that ones who know more about this can help others who do not.

big thing as a system  was working this tool also helped us communicate  better with each other. as we work as a team mostly, but see we each need to  let others know things each of  us know about feelings. some were keeping quiet at times about what they know about emotions. they did not want others who know less to feel stupid about what they did not understand about emotions. so it really helped them know it ok to speak up and help the others who do not know as much.

we really enjoyed using this tool as a system

@Heather225 I had this aha! moment when I read the miracle question as the goal I could see myself living in, and the wheel as the tool to take steps to reach that goal. I like how the wheel can help you visualize breaking things into smaller parts. Definitely giving this a try.

@NativeGraffiti

I had the same success with the miracle question! My answer to that opened up the avenues I needed to identify all the sub-issues relating to the main one and it was easy to fill out the wheel from there.

Thanks for signing up to trial it! I'll be in touch to offer guidance!
