Please update the crisis page
I put this feedback elsewhere but I'm not sure who writes or edits the Crisis Page. It needs to be updated. The suicide line in USA is now 988 and has been since July 2022. Please, someone update this. The original number will go to 988 automatically but one of the purposes of changing it was to make it easier for people in crisis to dial in. I think our crisis information should be up to date.

If anyone feels too stressed or too much in crisis to read or understand the guidelines, please go to the crisis page https://help.7cups.com/hc/en-us/articles/360026242193-Crisis-Resources
@PatienceImpatiens Worse, 7 Cups has multiple crisis pages.
There's one here: https://www.7cups.com/crisis/
One here: https://help.7cups.com/hc/en-us/articles/360026238093-Crisis (note "1 year ago Updated" at the top).
The one you linked to here: https://help.7cups.com/hc/en-us/articles/360026242193-Crisis-Resources (note "4 years ago Updated" at the top).
And who knows how many others.
I agree with you—checking for 9-8-8 for the USA is a good test. Another good test is checking for 116 123 for the UK and most of Europe.
Wikipedia does it best, it seems to me: List of suicide crisis lines

@RarelyCharlie Why so many crisis links? Why not just have one link? It would be easier, to find. Just a thought.
@calmMango9611 I have no idea why there are so many. The ones at help.7cups.com are maintained under contract by a separate company called Zendesk. That's why they look different from the rest of 7 Cups. Maybe this also makes them difficult to keep up to date. Maintaining them on a separate site doesn't make any sense to me.

@calmMango9611 I do think it can be useful to have the resources page have all the resources first be different from the policy. Having them both on the site itself would be ideal, plus link to each other.
It would also be nice if the crisis resources page on the site had some of the ones from the help desk as other than linking to another site it's US only for the numbers - or at least think so but it doesn't make it clear who can use them.
@PatienceImpatiens Looks like a post (3196147) was deleted from this thread a few minutes ago. Just wondering…were you notified of the reason?

@RarelyCharlie
How can you tell? Just curious
@EvelyneRose I subscribed when I replied, and so I got a notification when someone else replied, but the post number specified in the notification didn't exist.
