New annual award and badge in honor of Laura
The 7 Cups community is all about providing emotional support to one another. The last five years have been a series of puzzles, challenges, and problem solving from the ground up to create what we have today. And all of that was largely influenced and driven by Laura. She has been the Director of Community since the inception of the community. As many have said, she is synonymous with 7 Cups. We are so sad to see her go, but are also grateful for the time we had with her and her drive to keep the community a kind and supportive place.
Today we unviel the Smalls Award and badge. We will award it annually to the community member/listener who most exemplifies Laura's can-do attitude.
Today we award this to Laura, may her legacy continue on for the next five years.

@Laura, alongside the CMs, has always been trying their best to acknowledge the efforts of the community leaders (listeners and members alike) here onsite and I believe that it's now the perfect time to recognize Laura as well and all her contributions to the community over the past years.
