It took me a minute to post here as I was reluctant to share. Sharing personal experiences is not a strength for me. But I hope to become more open with sharing. It’s just not like me to want to be vulnerable on purpose. But I’m finding if I don’t open up soon then I’m due for crazy recurring explosions. And I don’t want that for me. So I’m here. I’ll share and hope for progress.

I have just joined and in essence, am taking the first step in my journey back to being "Me"... hence the name. There used to be a very bold, strong, independent individual when I looked in the mirror. I haven't seen her in quite some time and I sure do miss her. I'm realizing that after all these years, I'm probably going to need some help and guidance in seeking her out and getting her to stick around because a lot of very difficult changes are going to have to happen and I have no idea where to even start. Hopefully this is a first step in the right direction.
