how long have you been self harm free? (possible trigger warning: SH)
I've seen this sort of thing on a couple of other sites.
It's to put your accomplishments, relapses or anything you want it to be
you could post every day if you need to or once a month, no accomplishments too small.
and if you relapse, you are strong. and you can do this.
I will try get back to as many people as I can and if you need message me on here.
if this doesn't work oh well, but id like to see it work.
Hope you are liking all the cute cat pictures! [v] here is your next clue, where can you introduce yourself if you're new to the subcommunity this month?
About 2 months. After a year of recovery.
2 months is amazing, you can do this!
About three years... Though when I get the urge to self-harmI scratch/pinch myself or pluck my body hair so it doesn't leave scars.
Three years is trulyamazing. It's great that you've found less harmful alternatives!
About 2 years? I get the urge to cut often though...
Keep your head up and stay strong. You can do this. I believe in you.
I've been struggling for about 4 years and although I manage to make it months and months I always relapse but I'm very proud and think this is the time I never do it again. About 3 months!!!! Same with eating disorder(:
Fantastic! You can do it!
Thank you!
ONE WHOLE YEAR! I'm so proud of myself I do get the urge but I block it by ready or talking with my boyfriend who is amazing!
YAY!
Well done!!! One year is amazing and you should be really proud, keep up the great progress. I bet you can achieve 2 years and I wish you the luck :)
i'm 4 days clean and I really want to relapse, I really don't know what I am supposed to do anymore !
Try using a self-harm alternative when you feel the urge to harm yourself. Here is a list:http://www.teenhelp.org/forums/f12-self-harm/t9418-alternatives-self-harm/
Thanks! But I find that alternatives aren't really for me, I knew that from first day of trying to recover, reason why I relapsed so much.
Around a week but before that few months I've been going good really just the urge is sometimes hard to beat but I have good people helping me through it and I'm proud! :)
It's always good to have people helping you, I'm glad that you have that kind of support. :)
About a week, but I think the longest I've ever gone is like 4 months. I think it's safe to say I'm right back at it again, I've given up on trying to stop, nothing works
Persistence and strong willworks! To give up will never get you to stop. I believe that you can do it.
