how long have you been self harm free? (possible trigger warning: SH)

I've seen this sort of thing on a couple of other sites.

It's to put your accomplishments, relapses or anything you want it to be

you could post every day if you need to or once a month, no accomplishments too small.

and if you relapse, you are strong. and you can do this.

I will try get back to as many people as I can and if you need message me on here.

if this doesn't work oh well, but id like to see it work.

Hope you are liking all the cute cat pictures! [v] here is your next clue, where can you introduce yourself if you're new to the subcommunity this month?

Please don't go back on that path. It just makes eveything worse. You've come so far. Don't give up now. What's wrong??

We're all here for each other. I know its hard to stay strong and not do it, but you definitely can do it! You ARE strong! You control your emotions, not the other way around & you can keep going !

Please don't. What the people above said was correct. You're strong and shouldn't do it.

@blckchoker123

1 year, wow! It takes so much strength for one day alone, let alone one whole year! That's something so incredible and an accomplishment you should feel so so proud of! It's perfectly understandable for the urges to come back again, but you have the strength to keep going. I believe in you. But whatever happens, whether relapse or not, 1 year is definitely something so wonderful! 7cups listeners are here for you if you need some support, we will listen and be there for you. We are so so proud of you, you are such a brilliant person

My anxieties and depression seem to over rule me and I also have ptsd that im trying to learn more about so I can start to be able to cope with it. :(

Please talk to her, or someone! I know you are strong, you've made it this far (: you can definitely get through this. I know there's a deep feeling of failure kinda when someone ,in my case my boyfriend, yours vice versa, finds your razors. You know it's bad but...it's hard to get away from. You can do it though. You've come so far already & there's a lot more out there (:

You'll be okay. If it's deep go to the hospital. It is dangerous and you should stop. But relapses happen.

4 days? Amazing!! Those 4 days is an achievement you should always be proud of because it takes so much strength and patience to be able to make it so far. And I couldn't be prouder of you. As for relapse, it's okay, sweetpea. They can be a step on the path to recovery. That doesn't mean that all the effort you put into those 4 days have disappeared. It just means that you can get back up and keep going. You are so so wonderful, and I know you have the courage within yourself to make it through
