Ok!! I like to mark where I want to cut with a red pen to kinda...trick my brain I guess... I also like to get to a place that has people in it so I'm not alone. I also like doing some deeo breathing
I like petting my puppy you can do so with any pet you have and if u don't have any maybe just touch something soft and focus on how it feels
U could try a mindfulness technique and I'll give u a link that's helped me find some ideass...just gimmie a sec

Different things help different people. The red pen markings didn’t help me. But I used to put ice where u wanted to harm myself and that seemed to help some. I also did a lot of journaling. I hope you find some good coping skills that help.
