Hi! My name is Sophia/Sophie nice to meet cha!

I'm 14 years old.

My pronouns are she/her and I'm Bisexual!

I have 3 chronic illnesses (JIA, POTS, and asthma) and several mental health issues such as anxiety, seasonal depression, ADHD, slight anger issues and some SH issues. Dw though they are all being managed:)

I am very good at listening and trying to help to my friends (or anyone) who needs it:) I'm new to this platform and don't all know how it works yet but I hope it helps me and maybe help me make some new friends too lol. Hope I can get to know some of you all♡

...See more Hi I'm 14 and have been SH clean for bout 4 days now but I still get the urges to cut myself and I don't all know what to do to distract myself from it so if you all had any ideas/tips/or anything rlly to help with that I'd be grateful to hear um:)
