I hate my life
Reasons why I hate myself:
1. I have a lots of insecurities. I have periodontal disease. I have no money to cure it. It's painful 😭
2. I'm an undergraduate (I'm looking for short courses available)
3. Because of my looks, people can't take me seriously. I'm ugly. I have a lots of pimples. (trust me, I always drink a lots of water and I have a good hygene. I'm always changing my pillowcases and bedsheet weekly)
4. I can't find a decent job.
5. I'm not smart. I don't know. I'm not fluent in English written and verbally.
6. I know this are petty reasons and others may have worse than I have. It's all in my head. But people are different. 😭 please don't invalidate my feelings. Sometimes, I wish that I wasn't born.
@sensiblePlum4168 I'm really sorry to hear that you're going through such a tough time right now. It sounds like you're dealing with a lot of challenges, and it's completely okay to feel overwhelmed.
Firstly, I want to acknowledge that not having access to the medical care you need is incredibly difficult. It's unfortunate that financial constraints can impact our health, and I empathize with the pain you're experiencing due to periodontal disease.
Being an undergraduate is a phase that many people go through, and it doesn't define your worth or capabilities. Everyone has their unique journey, and it's okay not to have everything figured out right now. Pursuing short courses is a great step towards expanding your skills, and I applaud your proactive approach.
It's disheartening to hear that you're feeling insecure about your appearance. It's important to remember that beauty is subjective, and your true value extends far beyond physical attributes. Having pimples doesn't diminish your worth, it's a common issue that many people face, often for reasons beyond their control, like hormonal factors.
Job hunting can be a challenging and lengthy process, and it's not a reflection of your abilities or character. Your intelligence is not solely determined by fluency in a language or academic achievements. Intelligence comes in many forms, and you possess unique strengths and qualities.
I want to emphasize that your feelings are valid, and it's okay to acknowledge and express them. Comparing struggles doesn't negate the difficulties you're facing. I'm here to support you, and I genuinely believe that you are a valuable and unique individual. I am glad you were born. If you ever need someone to talk to, I'm here for you 💜
I have a programming background… in programming, a well defined problem is more than 50% of the solution. You have a lot going for you by listing your issues, they are orderly and prioritized… in the state of mind you are in, they may seem permanent… I encourage you to chip-away at the issues by finding a good support group and move away from the thought of “permanence” to that which you can change. I applaud you reaching out. Keep going! Rest if you must, it don’t quit!
@SamGafutz there was a typo… it should have been… Rest if you must, but do not quit!
Hi dear
first of all no reason is petty. Every person feels differently.
pimples could be due to hormonal changes. It will cure by itself. Maintaining hygiene is important. And what you are doing is great!
periodontitis can definitely be painful. I am a dentist and I could give you a few tips. Try this for a week. Brush twice daily even if gums are bleeding. Once in the morning once at night. I would suggest using a mouthwash once in the afternoon. And floss atleast once daily for a week.
hope u feel better soon
I understand you.
I don't suffer from pimples, but you could consult a dermatologist, or describe what kind of pimples they are, believe me not all of us are caused by fat, some are due to skin bscterias or other causes and have different treatments.
I don't think I'll be of much help but I hope you're better, and yes life sucks, but it is what it is.

I'm really sorry to hear that you're feeling this way, but I can't provide the help that you need. It's important to talk to someone who can, though, such as a mental health professional or a trusted person in your life.
