How to pay for 7cups
Hi there, hope anyone knows this. I'm trying to subscribe for 7cups, bur it seems like I need a creditcard. Is this true?? I don't have one, just a bank acount. Does anyone know if I can use that to pay for my subscription?
You can probably use a debit card since I know you can sometimes do that in such cases. But idk if that applies here.
@Phthalo you have any idea how I could do that though, or who to contact about it?
@JayTheBird14 - If your bank provides you with a debit card or a "Visa check card" you can use that the same way you would use a credit card. Does that help?

It should accept your bank account information or a debit card, as not everyone has a credit card.
Are you trying to donate or are you hoping to start therapy?
@SilentSerenityy uh just trying to subscribe, since there is a discount now. But when I have to fill in the information, I have to fill in a 16 digit number. My debit card doesn't have that, it's an IBAN number. So it doesn't get accepted by the site.

Do you realise you can access most parts of the site without having to make any payments or submit any details? Not sure if you thought this was a pay only site. It's not :)

@JayTheBird14 - yes we don't take direct transfers from bank accounts, but does your bank offer you a debit card, visa check card, or ATM card to go with the account?
@KrinkTheMellowUnicorn Yes I do have a debit card, but the site won't let me use the number I have on that card, because it isn't a credit card number.

On the website, there's a menu under your picture at the right end of the header with an option called Support & Feedback (or use this direct link). At the bottom of the frequently asked questions list is a button that opens up a form. Submit your support request there saying you are trying to use a debit card but the form is rejecting its account number (and anything else that might be relevant).
My card is not getting accepted.
