The new guide looks great!
It says that we don't have to flag celebrity names but doesn’t that come under "impersonation" and we still have that option coming with flagging tool.

@cheerfulIceCream, we do not flag celebrity usernames. I'd suggest contacting admin about the flagging tool issue.
