Spiritual fatigue
Which is the right religion? Also the numbers don’t mean anything to me. More people than not eat at McDonald’s, doesn’t mean it’s right for your body.
@faithfulCoconut848 hi I'm lola ❤ there is no wrong or right religion. It's ok to take your time and work it out for yourself ❤ I don't class myself as any particular religion. But I do believe in God and angels and heaven. What are your thoughts on religion right now? Are you struggling with it all in your mind? And I've only had McDonald's twice, because my carer bought it back for me 😁
I try to look at it from 2 perspectives, the left and right brain hemispheres. The master and the emissary. The left portion tells me that ultimately the reason why we have this problem of which religion to belong is because humans ultimately crave power. Humans are a kind of primate. Our bodies fulfill all the criteria. Primates come in 3 types monkeys, apes, and hominids. As the forests receded our ancestors couldn’t rely on fruits for sustenance and had to adapt to becoming more of a hunting animal having to deploy strategies. I know a lot of circles want to believe extraterrestrials like the Annuaki for example gave humanity it’s superpowered consciousness. That may very well be so however, show me the ships and all fabulous extraterrestrial technology. Truth is humanity is way older than most people think. Now did the library of Alexandra have any information about civilizations beyond Gobebekli Tepe like Atlantis or Lemuria? We’ll never know for sure.
You see we hominids weren’t meant to last long on earth do to our vicious and intellectual nature. Probably the reason why other species of hominids went extinct was because ultimately successful in destroying each other through tribal warfare. Humans actually almost went extinct a few times themselves. Either we somehow found out how to do agriculture for the biblically banned Watchers taught us how. Watchers could mean either aliens or some older race of hominids.
Now as far as religion goes that has more to do with concepts like apophenia, pattern recognition, and our amazing ability to do trauma inducing rituals. I actually admire religions for there ability to wield trauma like a Jedi wields the force. But that only comes from my ability to be detached from humanity and it’s future. I’m single with no kids, no horse in the race. I also have a keen interest in the dark visual arts. So it’s easy to see why I admire it on some level. There’s nothing I can do about it ultimately. I can’t heal people’s trauma for them. So learning to detach myself from it for my mental and emotional health.
Now the right brain. I judge a religion by looking at its art. Humans are visual and emotional creatures. The art determines the mental state of its people. I’m not gonna judge art here because beauty is subjective. Some religions and cults pretty much ban art. These are the more hyper controlling religions. I seem to love Christian and Pagan art for its darkness. Hindu art can be dark but it’s always very vibrant and colorful.
Its like this. I can’t say I believe this religion is the way or that religion is the way when they first off deny the theory of evolution with such seething passion. Because they usually end up becoming greater poster children for evolution due to how they treat others and overall behave in appalling manners. Those are hominid traits. If you’re not allowed to understand who and what you are and are encouraged to dissociate from your mind and body then you’re simply not gonna be able to transcend your animal tendencies.
I like a quarter pounder deluxe with cheese. 😊
@faithfulCoconut848 here you go🍔🍟. That was quite deep what you wrote. You've given a lot of thought into this. Now I am not sure if I understood all of it. So stop me if I'm talking crap😁 I was actually raised in a religious cult. I was a slave to many owners, they were bad people using gods name to gain power for their own benefits. So I completely agree that a lot of religion has now come down to power. There is so many religions, I don't look into them deeply. That's why now I'm not any religion, but I have my faith and believes ❤❤so you like dark arts hey! So are you a athiest? Or do you have some beliefs?
Good question. I tend to value realizations over beliefs. We all have beliefs but once you apply that with an incentive to really know the truth you’ll actually begin to understand why things are the way they are rather than just accepting the propaganda. Most love power over truth because of the childhood trauma they have acquired. Trauma can also provide you with the desire to uncover the truth. Like a lion motives someone to run faster.
On the topic of art, I find dark artists are usually nicer people than you’d expect. It makes sense because believe it or not everyone has a wicked dark side within them. The black wolf of Native American folklore is usually Godzilla sized compared to the white one. Not so with dark artists because they have a creative outlet to express and explore the darkness. Those who cling to the light usually end up expressing that darkness in far more destructive ways. There’s loads of examples of love and lighters from the new age communities that end up going bad. Mainstream religions are another terrific example.
Am I an atheist? What I’ve realized about all this is we as humans living on this planet is we simply don’t have enough information to determine anything having to do with that which is outside ourselves. We’re mushrooms here. We’re kept in the dark and fed bs. The best thing I can tell you is to look within and follow your bliss. If bliss means attempting to do the shadow work then so be it. But it’s not mandatory lol. Maybe bliss means eat a hamburger and watch Netflix.
@faithfulCoconut848 here you go 🍔🍔 🍟🍟😁❤ yeah religion is a hard thing to understand but I think it's nice to have faith and believe in a greater good.❤ My son is in heaven, God is looking after him till I get there ❤
That is an unanswerable question, as there are no objective universal criteria for determining if a religion is right. "Right" for whom? For you? What's right for you may not be (& probably isn't) right for me, or for my neighbors, or for the people living half a mile away from you.
I could tell you which religions I think are most suitable for living in this modern age; every religion is based on its own particular beliefs & doctrine, so no two are the same in every way. But any answer I give is ultimately a statement of opinion (despite my usual inclusion of facts & info), & no opinion is epistemologically sufficient. For a few years now I've kept a list of maxims...one of them is "opinions are like bodily orifices. Everyone has several of them, & they usually stink." 😒
It’s like this. Ultimately there’s nothing wrong with mythology, sacred texts, religions, fairy stories, fantasy novels etc. All of this stuff was ultimately created for kids. That’s why most of the stories are silly. It’s the adults and egg-headed individuals that ruin it all for everyone.
@faithfulCoconut848 If you say so...I have mixed feelings about myths, origin stories & the other things you listed, at best. But people have always made them & believed them, sometimes to the extent of considering such stories more real than the Earth & everything on it. That will never change as long as human nature remains as it is.
@slowdecline48 some myths are real like santa 😁 and 🤔🤔 bigfoot😁😁❤
Or like if the Bigfoot community had its own version of Santa Claus. Delivers goodies to Bigfoot children. Instead of reindeer he lets Nessie pull his sleigh. 😊
Not so. Nothing outside this world is real but the one great god of all, the Flying Spaghetti Monster! May he bless you with good fortune dispensed from his holy noodles. And so we say: ra'men.
@slowdecline48 so 🤔🤔🤔 bigfoot rides nessy to deliever big footed children presents, through the sky with spaghetti🤔🤔🤔🤔 well it could happen
