Even the easiest chores might seem impossible, affecting our judgment and draining our energy levels. @KatePersephone it’s singing karaoke! They help me express my stress and cheer me up. Also the music that comes along is therapeutic. I feel like I am building my confidence and forgetting what is causing me stress so I am taking a break from stress to regroup.
Also grounding by controlling breath may sound clique but really helps me. Thank you for the question.
The best thing for me to overcome stresses to exercise because it releases endorphins and gets me energized. I can think about things while I'm exercising. Because of the way exercise makes me feel it causes stress to be less harmful to me. I can come up with solutions while feeling good.
