What's one thing most people don't know about you? I pick at my skin 20-60 minutes a day but I am working to stop it!!

One thing people don't know about me is that I'm supposed to wear glasses but I don't because I don't like them
Most people thing I am very happy very strong. They think that Im independad. They gonna be like ‘you are always so happy, always smiling. They know anything about the real me. The real me is weak and not ok and not happy at all. Real me is almost dead inside...

I am a food hoarder. I was reading up on it and it says that food hoarding is a way of dealing with anxiety. I've been through alot and I guess that's my brains way of dealing with it.
