Self-care is still the area where I have the most challenges. 

I have some pretty major medical issues so I think for me the key is listening to my body.

What is one quote you live by?

What is one piece of advice you have for a new listener?

Kristynsmama:

It’s ok to ask for help after or during a difficult chat.

Why did you decide to join 7Cups as a listener? 

Kristynsmama:

I became a member first during a very dark and difficult time in my life. 

I was a member for about a month and I got amazing support.  I was so grateful that I decided I wanted to give back what was given to me.
