@CheeryMango I respond to 7 posts most days 😁 so I'm in and challenge completed😎 *when can I expect my reward?*

I get a lot of gratitude and self worth by trying to be kind and understanding to everyone I see, I think kindness can go a long way ❤

We can all change the world, one kind deed at a time ❤

I want to thank you, well there are so many people I would like to thank, that it would take too long to write this speech. So for the sake of time, I will be short and to the point:

I want to thank the members, who write in the forums, kudos for writing. With out you, there would be no forums or 7cups.

So you play a very important part here at 7cups. Claps, Claps, Claps.👏👏👏 Cheers and Hi Fives. (Cuts to music) 🎶

I would like to know that I understand this, when you say 7 meaningful replies. Do you mean conversations? To take over the montj of June.

Sorry im a newbie and want to make sure I get it right.

@Jaybay Welcome! I am glad you figured it out. 'meaningful replies' can mean different things really. But the idea is that replying to 7 posts with single words like 'Fab', 'Great', and 'Awesome' may not be the best although in some situations they can be well, err, great, fab, or awesome replies lol! But meaningful is more of a reply that shows compassion, and is useful, caring, kind, informational or all of these things. Usually a longer reply too. Taking time and thinking about the post that we are replying to is a good idea.

Here is a brilliant post that explains in more detail https://www.7cups.com/forum/7cupsleadership/TheNeedsReplyTeamProject_781/EffectiveReplying_286362/

Also, I highly recommend finding yourself a mentor or two, https://www.7cups.com/listener/training/mentors/

Let me know if I can help, just PM!
