Glad things have been pretty tranquil! It's been similar for me so far. Work has slowed down considerably due to everybody being on vacation. 😊
New plant children sounds nice. 😀 You mentioned feeling proud--is that because there was some work involved in getting things set up, or because the end result is really satisfying?

Oh yes! I’m quite proud to have them in my plant family. 🌺 It’s both reasons, actually! Also, just their presence alone makes me smile ear to ear. 😊

💚 How has your week been so far?
yesterday was very hard on us. as memories and flashbacks came up a lot. but we make it through the day. but is like we have no family and everyone was talking about getting with family. also most were saying be cheerful we just really;y can not be at this time. seem others not get that this can be a very hard time for many. we just have came to point we will not acted in away that not really what we feeling. we removed the masks we use to wear and became more real, honest and letting other know how we feeling. for years we acted like we was doing good when we really was not. so being more real now.
💚 What is something pleasant that's happened recently that brought some satisfaction?
for us it was others not expecting us to fake we was happy. we went yesterday to a meal at the mental health club. others seemed to get why we was having a hard time. one of our friends even after we got home call;ed us to see if we was doing ok. this kinda shocked us as they was willing to be ok with were we was emotionally. this very new to us others caring about us not something we had most our life. so that really touched our heart. so talking to her honestly brought satisfaction to us. to be heard and supported by people offline.

That sounds really amazing. 💚 You're now in a more supportive environment where you can be honest about your feelings around this time of year. (It's certainly not a happy time for everyone.) And not only that, but you also have people who anticipated that things might be difficult and reached out to check on how you were doing.

thank you one of our friends from the mental health club calls us daily. we call her some times first, but we talk most days. when we not answer her calls due to we at times isolate a lot and not answer phone she worries about us then.
find online support helpful too.

my week has been alright so far. One of the most pleasant things was getting to watch my toddler son open his Christmas gifts. He was very happy with what he received, and his smile brightened up my day. He is my shining light in the dark when I get lows. I love him so much
