💡 How are you feeling today?....I'm feeling well and neutral today. I got a good bit accomplished over the weekend as well as today. So the remainder of today will be a day of relaxation.
💡 How do you like to have fun?.....I like to do all kinds of things for fun, whether its shopping, traveling, getting out and about for the weekend, or spending time with family, Its all good.
💡 What is your favorite ‘’at-home’’ activity?.....Spending time with my family and watching good movies or shows.
💡 How often do you go outside for a walk on a weekly basis?.....It all depends on the weather. But typically I try to get outside "daily" unless its raining.

Being with my dog and my spouse doing anything.

Tired, anxious, and a bit sad.
💡 How do you like to have fun?
I enjoy playing video games and board games.
💡 What is your favorite ‘’at-home’’ activity?
Besides playing games, I also like to read about topics that interest me.
💡 How often do you go outside for a walk on a weekly basis?
Never. I would love to be able to go outside for a walk though, it is an important goal for me in my recovery. At the moment it's still too hard for me because walking outside gives me so much anxiety that I'm unable to breathe. I'm working on it and trying to reduce these symptoms, hoping that one day I will be able to go for walks.

I'm so glad to see that you got the strength to come and share about your difficulty! It's not something to give for granted, because to talk about certain things can be heavy and triggering. From my opinion, you are in a good path when you say that you are working on it, maybe it won't be possible to always feel amazing and a bit of anxiety will still play a role but to lessen it would be a huge achievement!
