It’s okay though. i think bunny bean once said something like ~ someone will call you beautiful and you’ll never believe them. someone will call you ugly and you’ll believe it for the rest of your life. or something like that :') i’m bad at remembering quotes. but it’s true. :') it hard to see the good in ourselves and it hard to accept compliments tbh. 💙
ikr math is so ew. i have a teenie friend on here who always kicks/yeets my math hw for me. he and i hate math lmao. 💜 somehow i can get by in math, somehow but ngl can’t really understand it and it hard.🤧

Probably because the nice things said seem like a foreign language because it wasn't something that was heard before. The mean stuff matches what we've heard in the past so it's familiar and even though it's all bad we find comfort in things that are familiar 😕

couldn’t have said it better tbh. it’s like… sometimes it’s like idk recordings in your head. The words. They sting. Words are just freaking words but they can have so much impact tbh. I used to wonder why the hurtful words are the ones we remember the most. 😞 it’s hard. our brains seem to be used to the negative words, the mean and hurtful ones. The ones that sting. And our brains see it as truth ): it’s hard to accept the kind words. 😞

we are humans. we have been sold the idea of not being good enough by society. we have been sold ideas about having a great perfect body, have a great family, have a perfect life, grades etc. but thats just.. a masked version of what society expects. so we try to be that "perfect" version. yet can never be "perfect" or what society or our family wants. so we doubt ourselves. our families tell us we arent good enough (this isnt for all families), our grades make us have higher expectations of ourselves, and trauma....it can make us believe things that arent true. we are social creatures, we want approval from others. we make ourselves strangers to this good language. our brain is hardwired to believe negative things. words for as long as we know..... well.... according to one quote its the worlds most dangerous weapon known to man. words stay with us longer than most things do. <3 but anyways, i am not gonna ramble <3 *sends comfort beams to both of you if okay*

i think the courage is much needed tbh. We need the courage. To keep going every day :') oof… T^T does bunny friend every feel like one day is… a whole year? It feels so long sometimes. Living by moments definitely sums it it. One moment to the next and it somehow adds up to a life. Hopefully it's a good life but I'm not sure who decides. Us I would imagine. You're right though it is a mess and it's hard. We're ill equipped to handle adulthood that's the problem. Mentally and emotionally. The directions we're giving are so screwed up and nobody taught us how to navigate but we figure it out in our own way
