It is getting better… I stretched it yesterday and now it’s not hurting the same way. Painful tho.
I’m tired… too tired to respond. My ankle hurts and I’m scared… and sleepy… I have the next two days off, so I can rest, but I’m still worried that I injured myself worse than I think. Im pretty sure I’m totally fine, but I worry…

Advice nurse says I should be fine. Just ice and rest and take ibuprofen instead of Tylenol :)
