Oh my goodness!  How could I ever pick only one!???  Answer:  I never could!  This article about the words we use and "remember" in songs mentions a lot of songs.  Many of which I do love very much.  Archaic Words We Know from Christmas Songs

Caroling - dressing up in warm clothes, traipsing through the snow, knocking on neighborhood doors, all to sing Christmas songs for our neighbors - this is one of my most favorite memories of all. 

And sometimes those living at the house would invite us in for ☕ hot chocolate or 🍪 cookies, or just to get warmed up! 😁  A very lovely time is created and enjoyed by everyone.
