The last time I exercised was
Hi everyone! I hope you are well. Let's discuss the last time we exercised. Keep in mind that the time may vary based on your current fitness level that can change as per illness, mental or physical.
When was the last time you exercised and what did you do?
Thursday I took a bike ride and Friday a 45 min weight lifting session.
@Hope The last time I exercised was months ago, I went to a gymnastics class. The focusing on new skills instead of my body and supportive environment was amazing. The endorphins were great afterwards. Hopefully can go again.
@Hope The last time I excerised was a few days ago. Me and my friend go out on the golf course and play golf. We walked for a few hours. We also hit golf balls which helped with our strength. I love golf because of the social aspect of it. In addition to the intrinsic satisfaction.

the last time i exercised was about an hour ago! i did some free weights, some squats, tai-chi and tai-jutsu!
30 miles on the Cannondale today....it was perfect weather for a bike ride on the bike path past the lake.....
I did at least 30 min of exercise in some shape or form each day so far this week starting on Monday.....I plan on getting in 30 min or more today and tomorrow also and taking Sunday off.....
Anyone else continuing to get it in? If so, keep it up......if life gets in the way, anything is better than nothing....even a couple "extra" steps a day on your fitness tracker will do.....keep up the great work folks....
Last Friday I walked 1.5 miles and skated for an hour. I was supposed to go again today but my depression kicked in and I can’t get out of bed. 😢
Posting on this thread may help me stay on some kind of exercise schedule. I’ve gained weight and it just makes my depression worse.
It's OK to take time if you need to...just don't let skipping become a habit....I was supposed to do a spin class today but had a hectic, hellacious, day at work so I'm on 7 cups and Journaling instead....
@Hope I went for a walk down the street this morning. I try going for a walk at least once or twice a week. I usually lift weights or do the basics like push ups or squats. I also really enjoy eating healthy or like making a smoothie out of veggies and fruits etc. During the summer I swim a lot too.
The last time I exercised was about 7 months ago. I went to the gym near my job and the workout consisted of squats, deadlifts, lunges, hip thrusts along with some HITT.
I haven't been my usual self this week with exercising. I've been fighting off a migraine most days but I managed to get in a bike ride early in the week.....
