I'm Indian (Tamil) and I will definitely recommend
1. Rice with mutton curry, long beans, cabbage pirattal, raita, mor milagai, podalankaai (snake gourd) poriyal and appalam.
2. Rice with fish curry, tayiru (yogurt), uruka (indian pickles), long beans and appalam
3. Rice with saambaar, kattirikkaai (brinjal) pirattal, muttakos (cabbage) pirattal, tofu sambal, urukai and appalam
