Drink Water - Reminder 💧

@Helaheals Coz water has a tendency to flow. What we drink is tend to flow out and we will no longer be 70%. So, to maintain that 70% we gotta rehydrate

FYI: "Normal water" is just ocean water w/o salt. Well, not exactly. On Earth, 97% water is ocean water (salt water), and 3% is fresh water (the 'normal water' you speak of). Yes truly 3% ! This is the water we drink from tap water, bottled water, etc etc ... it comes from springs (think mountains or big hills -haha) and from under ground (wells, drills, etc = clean water, FRESH water).

Some day I would so much love to be in a place where they are drilling for a new well, especially if that place had no clean water available. I'd love to be there on a day that they reach the underground water. To be with the people as they see clean water and more importantly *HEALTHY!* water available for the entire community!

((Platy prays for those with no clean water)) <-- please join me. <3 and if you are fortunate enough to have a bottle to put water in (aka reusable water bottle) or a fridge to keep water cold ... Go get some water! yes now. Even a sip?
