Frustration in my eyes are when things are not going right minute by minute. Things build up to the point where ya blow up and just let loose,

I deal with the at work for one where a do not enter sign is on my door or if it is really bad a sign that says enter at your own risk.

When they see those signs they immediately go to dunkin donuts or mcdonalds for ice coffee they know it is my way of calming down. Their not employees to me their family

Hey! It's okay to feel frustrated 🥺 Don't suppress or avoid the feeling. Instead, try writing down your thoughts and venting about everything that's bothering you.


If possible, analyze the situation to see if there's something you can do to improve it. If not, accept that some things are out of your control and let it go. 🤷🏻‍♀️


By acknowledging your frustration and dealing with it in a healthy way, you'll be able to move forward and feel better.

Good to see you Seal. I do agree that yes it is ok to be frustrated. And it is a good idea for some to write down the event that gotten you frustrated. Also putting a mindfulness skill with this is a good outcome. Thank you for sharing❤️
