The world were money and greed rules, and using people, lies and deception.
My family had been getting really good with money, I live with a family that is so utterly fake which it has become really obnoxious, were every meeting is more like showing off stuff, the battle of how shows off more, such as oh, brother took off picture in a holiday to show off, etc. Maybe the antisocial media/phones has worsen this process. Also sometimes feels like the things i used to see as core important feel like they are just so empty. Family feels like uttering empty words into the wind, maybe I am too naïve on to see how the world is, and i had been spoiled a lot. Its like when people have money it can turn you into something unrecognizable, were greed can make you so selfish were you can see people as tools to be used. Money can really change people for the worst, what do you think?

I hear you! It’s frustrating when family gatherings feel more like competitions instead of genuine connections. Sometimes it’s easy to get caught up in materialism and lose sight of what really matters.
Also, have you found any ways to navigate those interactions or ways to find meaning amidst the chaos?
@Phoenixthepoised hi, thanks, i usually tend to ignore everyone and not talk much 😝
@okeyyyy That’s one strategy for sure! Sometimes it’s better to just tune out the noise😉
@okeyyyy ofc money can change ppl...
Also I believe It's depend on how people educate or train their thought process about dealing with wealth. Its more like a knife. You can cut fruit and feed a hungry person and make a good use of that knife and make ur self a good human. Also you can kill a person with that same knife and be a bad human. It's always a choice I believe.

The vanity of this world is something to behold isn't it? A person doesn't know whether he should cry or laugh.
Nevertheless, if you see that there is some hope for change, and if you're able to speak to them concerning these things (since you see them), don't be afraid to make an effort in order to help them see and remind them of the impermanence of these things, and to remind them of the true value. Yet, try not to get caught up in this effort, because it will exhaust you.
God bless.
