@Espejo Hey I really appreciate these radical acceptance coping statements that was shared. ⭐
While all the statements provided are amazing, I especially liked the following: "I cannot change what has happened in the past. I won't stress over the things that I can't change." It's always a statement that we sometimes need to be reminded of (especially during stressful or overwhelming situations).
Thank you again for sharing this. 💓
@walker7957. I thought of you when I saw this post. The list here has some good statements that coul be used for affirmations.

Thank you so much for this helpful post! Radical acceptance allows us to move forward and prevents to get stuck.
I zoomed it on 150 so I could read it better, is there a way to make the letters bigger?
@amiablePeace77
You are welcome! I tried to increase it, but my resizing jpeg files skills are limited. I think that if you print it out, it should be fine to read. I typed it up (helped me internalize some of the statements lol), but I can't upload a pdf either.

Passive radical acceptance, is something that goes beyond the simple radical acceptance. I’m creating this term myself but it’s a manifestation of time. You can’t expect acceptance in those who refuse it. Even those who don’t accept after years but have given up fighting acceptance is a passive yet achievable way out and it’s a reward time provides.
The suffering and time taken is something that’s unavoidable but it’s realistic and real!
@Espejo
Is there a larger version of the statements? I am having a hard time reading them.
