Ok here are a few tips, people say be yourself, but being yourself not always works. Like if you dont go out and dont socialize this is gonna be harder, so I think there are all things we can do to better ourselves, but it depends on the person, there is no fit all glove thing. So being open, emotionally available, is ok to screw around, and make mistakes. It tends to work better when you go out more, and dont isolate at home, there are plenty of people out there, is good to get to know the person more before you get involved. etc. to be continued. lol
