Ever feel stressed and do not know how to rewire yourself from it?
Building what is called resilience come back down to your comfort zone. This offers stability and sticking to a zone we are comfortable in is what we look for. When something or someone comes into our zone, work environment, relationships, family life or just good friendship we tend to put a wall up and begin to stress out from it
Steps to come out of our comfort zone:
Start small and aim high
reframe fears we may have
seek feedbacks
practice self - reflections
build a resilience a toolbox.

How do you come back to your comfort zone when you feel stressed?
If you had a resilience toolbox what would you have in it?
Going for a walk, working in the garden and meditating always helps me to get back to inner comfort so that's something you will find in my toolbox along with a few other things like self-affirmations and self-challenges.
@pamharley003 Deep breathing always helps me bring back into my comfort zone. In my toolkit, I have a list of guided meditations that really help me.
